The correspondence card formats offered by Maison Benneton Graveur are rooted in the tradition of fine engraved stationery, inherited from the customs of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. At the time, formats were determined by the size of available envelopes and by established social conventions. The smaller format, 128 × 80 mm, corresponded to the “billet”: a brief and elegant form intended for a short note. The larger format, 155 × 110 mm, was more commonly used for longer messages, such as notes of thanks. At Benneton Graveur, classic formats are available, but each project can be adapted to suit your preferences and intended use. You may specify a particular format in our dedicated quote request form for correspondence cards, so that its feasibility can be assessed.
