Frequently Asked Questions

What is the classic format of a business card?

Traditionally, a business card should be 85 × 55 mm or 90 × 55 mm.

At Benneton Graveur, the classic formats of 85 × 55 mm or 90 × 55 mm are offered, but each project can be adapted according to your preferences and usage.
You can specify a particular format of your choice in our business card quote request form.

How do I choose the right paper for my business cards?

Benneton Graveur business cards are printed on exceptional papers, selected for their quality and durability.
You can choose between two types of paper:

  • Vellum paper, white and perfectly smooth, ideal for a precise and contemporary look
  • Laid paper, slightly textured, offering a more traditional and authentic character
What types of printing and engraving do you offer?

Several processes can enhance your business card:

  • Flat printing, for a clean and elegant finish
  • Embossed printing, offering a slight raised effect and refined shine
  • Traditional engraving, created from a copper plate specially made for you,
    guaranteeing incomparable finesse and depth

This artisanal expertise gives each card a unique and lasting presence.

How do I personalize my business cards?

At Benneton Graveur, every creation is unique and reflects the personality of its owner.

If you wish, a monogram, a motif, a coat of arms, or a personal symbol can be incorporated into your business card to enhance its character.
These discreet and elegant graphic elements help create a recognizable visual signature. Designed in this way, your business card becomes much more than a simple information medium: it embodies your image and leaves a lasting impression.

When will I receive my order?

The steps involved in creating a bespoke business card include:

  • Drafting and adjusting a quote
  • Creating a graphic design mockup
  • Producing a prototype, validated by a step called BAT (Ready for Press)
  • Manufacturing your batch of cards
  • A final quality control step carried out by us

Once these steps are completed, your order is carefully packaged and made available in our Parisian store.

If you prefer postal delivery, we endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with additional information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If not, let us know and we will do our best to find a solution with you.

However, we cannot accept returns on certain personalized items such as business cards.

This is why our creation process includes the production of a graphic mock-up, followed by a proof (for approval), so that you can validate the finished product before large quantities are produced by our workshops.
