Non-personalized orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Personalized items require additional manufacturing time, which will be specified at the time of your order.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.

Delivery

We ship your orders via Colissimo, a reliable and secure service with online tracking.

We deliver in mainland France and internationally.

For deliveries to the United States, shipping via FedEx may also be offered.

For any delivery outside mainland France, customs formalities may apply. Any duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Click & Collect

When this service is available, in-store pickup is offered to you free of charge.

Your order is prepared during the day. You will receive a notification inviting you to pick it up at our boutique located at 75 boulevard Malesherbes, Paris.

You have 7 days to come and collect it.

Returns

Returns are possible within 7 days from the receipt of your order, provided that the item is returned in its original condition.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Embossing know-how

Benneton collection creations are hand-stamped on a hand press, card by card, using the brushed stamping technique.
This relief printing technique – derived from intaglio – consists of marking paper or cardboard using a punch engraved with a design created in our workshops.
