Benneton Graveur Editions presents an art bronze re-edition of The Hare on the Lookout, an iconic work by Antoine-Louis Barye (1796-1875), a major figure in Romantic sculpture and animal art in the 19th century.
Created in the mid-19th century, this sculpture illustrates Barye's unique perspective on the animal world. The accuracy of the pose, the precision of the modeling, and the subject's expressive power make it an emblematic work of his art.
Trained by Antoine-Jean Gros and then Eugène Delacroix, Barye developed a unique body of work, nourished by the observation of the animal world and a constant search for truth and expression.
Each copy is numbered from 1 to 500/500 and bears the "Benneton Graveur Éditions" stamp.

We deliver in mainland France and internationally.
For deliveries to the United States, shipping via FedEx may also be offered.
For any delivery outside mainland France, customs formalities may apply. Any duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

When this service is available, in-store pickup is offered free of charge.

Returns are possible within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is returned in its original condition.
